Glossary

Account - the act of informing by the verbal report. 

Blog -  is a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries ("posts") typically displayed in reverse chronological order (the most recent post appears first).

Gadget - is a small tool such as a machine that has a particular function, but is often thought of as a novelty.
Glossary -  also known as a vocabulary, or clavis, is an alphabetical list of terms in a particular domain of knowledge with the definitions for those terms.
Post - particularcollecion of letters or packages that is delivered. 
Profile - the result of software performance analysis, an investigation of the behavior of a software program. 
Widget - a software library containing a collection of GUI widgets that collaborate when used in the construction of applications.

Social bookmarking - a powerful tool in promoting a website.
Word clouds/Tag clouds - a visual depiction of the tags (topics) on a Web site
Mind map -  a diagrammatic method of representing ideas, with related concepts arranged around a core concept
Brainstorming - a conference technique of solving specific problems, amassing information, stimulating creative thinking, developing new ideas, etc., by unrestrained and spontaneous participation in discussion.
Timeline - a linear representation of important events in the order in which they occurred.
Presentation - a verbal report presented with illustrative material, such as slides, graphs, etc
Screencast video -  a digital recording of computer screen output, also known as a video screen capture, often containing audio narration. 
Media - the means of communication, as radio and television, newspapers,and magazines, that reach or influence people widely
